What I wearing is one pendant in my neck that is “ ॐ ” (AUM) – oldest newest allest I don’t know what that comes in????? 😕
Now how should I describe it ? 🤔
Hmm ,,, let me take you on some ride with my mind
In bible what I have read is “ In the beginning was the Word, the Word was with the God and the Word was God”
Now as per Hindu mythology this word is known as “Om” that includes Allll and everything everything …..
If I describes in short….
1. A – Waking state – external world —- what we see – made of senses and emotion ( consciousness turned outward to the external world which experiencing gross material objects) – body level
2. U – Dream state – Inner world – what we think – made of pure thinking
( consciousness is turned towards inner world which showing us our unfulfilled wants,wishes, desires, attraction and many more ) – mind level – it controls to stop our self to present fully in external world
3. M – Deep sleep state – Unconscious -there is neither the desire for any gross or subtle object nor any dream.
If I simple define ( I can also be a wrong but as per my understanding is….)
Simply blank – No gross (outer) + no desire, no talk, zero (inner). = then what will happens
Now I think Bruce Lee had described this state very well
“Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”
You will get to know how your inner thoughts is creating outer….,,,,,,,,,,
